It is not effective to plan today all initiatives that will be relevant for the next few years. At the same time we do not recommend to "sail on sight". In our opinion, the key to success lies in agile planning and implementation of initiatives and measures that are derived from a well-designed strategy process.

 

The mind-set that it is good to adjust plans is important. Implementing quick and effective means: Implement in short sprints with diverse teams, conduct a consistent review after each sprint and derive actions and changes.
